On Wednesday , February 29, 2012 LATO organized public discussionon cyber security entitled “Cyber Security Trends and Challenges: Latvian and Estonian perspective” . Discussion took place at the Faculty of Social Sciences of University of Latvia. Lomonosova str. 1a. Discussion featured two experts – Māris Andžāns, National IT Security Council, and Luukas Kristjan Ilves, Estonian Information System’s Authority. Moderator of the discussion – Ilmārs Poikāns, Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of University of Latvia.
