The documentary “Unbreakable” showcases the inspiring stories of five remarkable women serving in the Latvian National Armed Forces. Through their courage, expertise, and dedication, these women not only strengthen national defense but also challenge stereotypes, proving that service to one’s country knows no gender. Their perseverance paves the way for a new understanding of women’s roles in the military and inspires others to follow their lead.

Directed by Mareks Pakalns and produced by Atis Kļimovičs, the film was commissioned by the Latvian Transatlantic Organisation. Its creation was made possible with the support of the German Embassy in Latvia and NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division.
